# شناسنامه و مجوز ضبط‌های مرجع

این بانک شامل ضبط‌های انسانیِ منتشرشده در منابع زیر است، نه ضبط محصولات فروشی. گردآوری، تبدیل فرمت و برش توسط پروژه انجام شده؛ نوازندگی و ضبط اولیه متعلق به صاحبان نام‌برده است. نام آن‌ها صرفاً برای انتساب اثر ذکر می‌شود و به معنی همکاری یا تأیید فروشگاه نیست.

## منشأ و کیفیت

- تار: آرشیو Berklee Intersectional Soundbox Archive، نوازنده Erfan Hessampour، صدابردار Yangyang Hua و تدوینگر Shuyi Xiong، ۲۰۲۵. منبع مجوز را «CC BY» اعلام کرده ولی شمارهٔ نسخه را مشخص نکرده است. فایل WAV اصلی از مسیر دانلود در دسترس این محیط نبود؛ صدای AAC پخش‌کنندهٔ عمومی و مجازِ همان صفحات به PCM یا M4A تبدیل/بازبسته‌بندی شد. تبدیل به WAV کیفیت ازدست‌رفتهٔ فشرده‌سازی را برنمی‌گرداند.
- سه‌تار: Jacqke، Wikimedia Commons، ۲۰۲۱، CC BY-SA 4.0. نخستین تک‌ضرب از فایل OGG اصلی برش خورده، به PCM تک‌کاناله تبدیل و انتهای آن ۱۰ میلی‌ثانیه محو شده است. **این فایل مشتق همچنان تحت CC BY-SA 4.0 توزیع می‌شود.** نام نت در منبع، نام آموزشی و کوک ایرانی است؛ ادعای کالیبراسیون نت استاندارد کنسرت نداریم.
- دف: ajneye، Freesound، ۲۰۰۶، CC0 1.0. توضیح ناشر می‌گوید اجرای دف با میکروفون Rode NT4 و پری‌امپ Presonus ضبط شده. از MP3 پیش‌نمایش عمومی، شش ضربه استخراج شده است. رتبه‌بندی طیفی برای انتخاب صدای بم/زیر به کار رفته؛ ناحیهٔ واقعی ضربه در ضبط معلوم نیست. بنابراین نگاشت مرکز/لبه صرفاً نگاشت رابط است، نه اثبات تکنیک فیزیکی.
- کمانچه: هیچ فایل صوتی در این بسته متصل نشده؛ گواهی کیفیت یا اصالتِ بانکی که نداریم صادر نمی‌شود.

هیچ فایل بازتولیدشده با هوش مصنوعی، نویز مصنوعی یا سینوسی در بانک سازها نیست. هیچ نت با تغییر سرعت یا تغییر زیرایی ایجاد نشده است. **فشرده‌سازی، برش و gain پخش وجود دارد؛ «ضبط واقعی» به معنی «سیگنال دست‌نخورده یا کیفیت استودیویی تضمین‌شده» نیست.**

## رعایت مجوز هنگام دریافت اجرای کاربر

اطلاعات انتساب و مجوز در بخش منابع سایت و متادیتای WAV خروجی وجود دارد. آثار اقتباسی از فایل سه‌تار باید با ذکر نام Jacqke، پیوند منبع و CC BY-SA 4.0 و رعایت شرط اشتراک همسان منتشر شوند. منابع تار به انتساب مطابق CC BY نیاز دارند. CC0 دف الزام انتساب ندارد، اما انتساب برای شفافیت حفظ شده است. این فایل‌ها را تحت مجوز مالکیت انحصاری به خریدار معرفی نکنید.
